Yeah saying Dallas overachieved is non-sense. They earned their right to play in the Finals and were heavy favorites to win the Championship. Avery isn't going to let this team forget the feeling of losing the title on their homecourt. Dallas will be right back in the Championship hunt next season.

Anyone think Wade is worse than Vlade at flopping?

One player having the same amount of foul shots as a whole team is inexcusable. Being in the penalty 5 minutes into each quarter is inexplicable. Mavs fan or not the calls were still bogus. I don't know many people who can disagree with that. While Devin Harris breathes on Wade and gets called for a foul, wade can plow into griffin at the end of game 5 to make the go-ahead basket. And at the other end, the only time the mavs got any calls were when their players are shoved to the ground. I hate playing the excuse game, but this has been too blatant to leave alone

All I can say is that the NBA doesn't need Kobe anymore. They manufactured his praise succcessfuly.

Ahahaha Jordan was the WORST by far for superstar calls. Wade didn't push off, even Hubie said that Dirk fouled him because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Hypocrite AND a hater.

That was not a foul on Dirk. There's no denying that the ref absolutely blew that call. There's also no denying that that foul didn't matter, since Wade missed both FT's and still gave the Mavs a chance to win, where Jason Terry felt like he could make the game winning shot and not even consider passing to anyone, despite the fact that it seemed like Terry missed his last 15 shots. (well to me that's what it seemed like). So there's not really a point arguing about that foul, because it didn't change the end of the game. Congrats to the Heat, great season to you Mavs fans and better luck next year. It's ashame that the season is now over.

[IMG] and Payton. But they all seriously contributed and deserved it.

Except Derrick Anderson. He played like a total of 50 min in 4 months [IMG]

Yea I wanted to see 7 games as well [IMG]

Very true post. Dallas proved they are true contendors this season, and next year nothing is stopping them. With another season of chem, hunger, and determination they can show everyone what they are about.

I'm still wondering why Dampier got the ball, I know other things happened, but that one is still bothering me. It's not like he was in position to just dunk, he was like 10 feet from the basket, what are you expecting Dampier to do?

I'm sorry, I don't believe I ever said MJ wasn't one who recieved favourable treatment.
Thus the hypocrite statement makes you look stupid.

And telling the truth is not hate, its truth, there is a distinction. I wouldn't have a problem with Miami winning if Wade did get favourable treatment.

Of course Wade is going to get calls if he continues to attack the basket, the whole Miami team attacked the basket far more than the Mavericks. If Dirk would have taken it to the basket every time he touched the ball he would have gotten favorable calls. I-miss-mj can you just give credit to Miami for winning the championship rather than taking away from the victory saying they couldn't have done it without the refs.

So I guess the refs handed the championship to the Bulls too when they beat the Jazz? I mean, Jordan did get favourable treatment, and he did push-off on the game winner. Quit whining.

Wade went to the line cuz he attacked the rim. Mavs were just shooting from the perimeter from mid point of the game.
I know it's hard to accept that u lost.

If Dallas drove in, there would be 'no calls' eventually to the point where Dallas has to shoot from outside since they will get punished without getting any foul calls, the refs are the ones that determine who wins and loses. They were biased because Mark Cuban attacked them the other night, just goes to show how spiteful David Stern is and revengeful, even on the highest pedal, he had to show Mark Cuban up like that, making them not win the championship for sure.

Oh and I agree with Shape about Avery should have kept Marquis Daniels in because he was making an impact. Ah well its over now though.

well he kind of had a driving lane, and the nearest player to him was Wade. So if he got within 5 feet he would have been able to get a high percentage shot off.
