Great road win team. Good to see the development of Noah from game to game. Since Nurk has come in, his game has gone to another level. Now he needs to consolidate and then step up a gear again.

I just watched the game. Haven't read the thread yet. What the fuck?? CJ and Dame play defense now? Harkless and Vonleh are awesome? Our effort is off the charts. We're piling up impressive road wins: Boston, Dallas, San Antonio, and now Atlanta. I hoped for 3 wins on this trip and we got em. A win in Miami would be icing on the cake. Dame playing at All NBA level again. I'm very very happy with the team but we have to keep it up. There is little room for error. Go Rockets tomorrow!

They had Hardaway, Schroeder, Bazemore, and Dwight Howard and were at home. And we walked all over them.

Hope you had a happy birthday!

Dear God. He has completely transformed our team into one of the best in the league and you're talking OBPM?

Aminu has shot over 40% from three over the last few weeks. They read the scouting report.

    Great post.

I'm talking about that, along with assist to turnover ratio and scoring efficiency.

What are you talking about? There's no substance to your rebuttal.

Were also not one of the best teams in the league now. We've faced a cupcake schedule and the only good win we have since acquiring him is against the Spurs.

The biggest impact he's brought to this team is rebounding and defense. But I can't ignore the fact that we have on ORTG of 96 when he shoots, and while he has nice passes, he's also averaging 4 turnovers a game, which is pretty damn bad as well.

You ignore the bad, and get mad and call out those who ignore the good. Then I bring up a very valid point and you reply with "Dear God"?

    Haha, wherever dude.

You labeled Dallas, a lottery team, as a good road win? You also labeled a win against an average playoff team missing their best player as a good win?

Yet a loss to the bottom dwelling 76ers isn't a bad loss?

I guess we have 31 good wins and 37 good losses.

Great road win. Defense looked much better, derived from the much better effort all around.

For the love of [insert preferred deity here] - I hope both Vonleh and Nurkic hire an Elite big man coach too work with over the off-season.
They both have the tools to become beasts for us in the front court. They just need to learn a few post moves and some veteran tricks.

Im with you on most of your post, but keep in mind that he's 22. Also keep in mind he's played 13 games for us and shot at least 50% in 8 of them. When he first got here he was lughts out. I posted in one of the threads a while back that a certain delivery guy I know, said teams will be playing him differently, and the team and he would have to adjust. They haven't yet. Running a 7' 280 lb center down the key in traffic while trying to catch a bounce pass doesn't make for a high percentage look.

Howard was not impressive. Portland lucked out again not getting him. Nurk is so much better for this team.

This is the only game I can remember where almost everyone played good (not counting the scrubs). They got good contributions from so many instead of it just being CJ and Dame carrying the team.

It was a really close game at the beginning though.

Nurk is new...you're going to turn the ball over trying to pass to guys you've just started playing with...some of his turnovers are offensive foul calls and some of those are questionable...ET turned it over trying to find out where his teammates wanted the ball when he first got here. .Nurk is a game changer...a needle mover. I'll give him the ball at the end of any game over Mason.

Yep, now they go to Houston, come home to play Cavs, then play 6/7 on the road. It's time to make our move!
