Anyone we bring in here sucks in this system. Miller looked good at first because he played HIS game. Then Lavi got his shit hands on him and changed his game and now he sucks. Like I said, there is literally not ONE single player I’d keep on this team. Not one is worthwhile to build around.
This team doesn’t want to skate. An entire power play where they refuse to get the puck deep and get after it. Never got it set up and just gave it away at the line for two minutes.
The more I think about it, I really don't want that piece of shit Drury making anymore roster or coaching decisions.
Another game where they cant put two passes together....there is no communication...they can't maintain control of the puck...it's just a disaster. So frustrating to witness how differently they play from game to game. Last week they looked decent. This week they look completely lost.

Not much to say other than that was a disgraceful performance. Played with zero energy, passion, desire all night. The team had 13 shots all game against an at best average Calgary team that was blown out the prior night in Toronto. The forwards had zero shots in the 2nd period. With Montreal winning, one would think this game will thankfully put everyone out of their misery thinking this team can make the playoffs. Everyone knows I feel very strongly Drury should be fired the second the season ends. I will also add, if they fire Lav, and no one can question if he does get fired after this mess of a season, I would make Micheletti the head coach. Even though he works for the MSG/the team, he is still critical and calls it like it is. How many times has he said the team doesn't shoot, they are not playing hard, they are leaving guys wide open all over the ice, etc. (all the things we see and are thinking). If he is calling it out on Dolan's paid TV, I imagine he would do so as the coach, hold players accountable, and not tolerate this BS. Joe for coach!!!
Yeah, after the awful summer I knew they wouldn't be that good this season, not a top team or Cup contender, but no way did I think they would be this bad. Pathetic really.

No, he won't be, but I would love to see someone who actually has the balls to call it like it is. I give him credit for doing so given where he works. Totally agree about Drury, it's a S show with this guy.
Islanders are about to pass us after trading Nelson and Barzal out. That puts the season in perspective.
