I see that Hood, Tolliver, and Bazemore were 5-23 also. That is pretty terrible.

Tolliver and Bazemore are going to be terrible anyway. Hood is still nursing injuries, he wasn't all there. CJ has no excuse.

With the injuries and this game, I'm really wondering....... Make this a developmental year. First of course, trade CJ as soon as possible so Ant can play 30+ minutes a game. Play Little and Skal 30 minutes a game. Play Hezonja a lot until you can decide if he is really an NBA rotational player or not. Hell, trade Whiteside sooner than later and let Moses Brown play. Keep Bazemore until the trading deadline; if he can't correct his mental mistakes by then, trade him.
Probably an overreaction, but that's just how I feel today. Would Lillard freak out?

Looked like the more aggressive team got the benefit of the calls.

I think we are seeing some real recency bias here with regards to Aminu/Hark vs Bazemore/Hood, in that Aminu and Hark drove people NUTS last year but now we need them back or the season is lost. I feel like three weeks ago anyone with more than ten brain cells knew this team would need months to become a unit, with so many new faces. Here we are 7 games in and everyone has amnesia. If they are still a circus in January, they've got a real problem and the trade deadline arrives.

We all know that but this team should beat 9 GLeague Players with an AllStar player and leader like Dame

And we all know this as well, but this is sports. Teams lose. The Warriors will win another game. I think the Suns swept the Bucks last season - the best/worst teams in the league. Shit happens. Doesnt mean its OK Portland lost, they should have won the game. I think it might end up being a good thing for them.

Hood was probably still hurting from last game! He just did not have any energy. Those fall were hard. He played but was just not at full strength.

So you want to make sure we get a good draft pick like the Warriors are gonna get?

Not exactly sure who it was but someone called me crazy for saying this would happen.
Wait... Yep I’m sure who it was but let’s just leave it at that.

    Saying this for years
    Two things:

    1) Dallas is one team. Not the entire NBA. He isn't starting there. He wasn't commanding all this interest. One does not equal a great deal of interest.

    2) Maybe I am wrong about this, but is $8 million a year a lot in the current NBA? Weren't we paying Meyers like $10-11 million a year? I mean, if people want to say Curry getting what he did to be a back-up in an organization he already played in once that let him go, does it mean Meyers was an even better player because we paid more money to keep him?

Completely different circumstances. We didn't own the rights to retain Curry for any more than the tax-MLE or a minimum contract. Meyers was a restricted free agent coming off his rookie deal. Not a good comparison.
