@Scalma did you catch Enes trapping the P&R for the past 4 minutes very successfully? this is what he's done all year. he's engaged and active and uses his size

weakside rotations be damned (most of that was melo) but kanter did more there on defense than any of his possessions in drop coverage earlier

 

One more quarter. Come on, guys, no letdown. Please.

 

it's like people don't see it until it's pointed out. having him trap actually freaking works.

now we just need to get melo to rotate quicker to shooters/cutters

 

He's had flashes of executing all 3 to some level of effectiveness

Definitely agree that getting aggressive with him is the best option in this game though. Especially with Utah's cold shooting.

 

Ant continuing to make 2-3 defensive plays per game that we never saw the first half of the year
