Still need to finish strong, but it looks good. Blazers really missed Davis and Harkless. You can see the difference, especially on the boards.

If we beat Dallas ... we are #3 ? Everyone has a tough schedule coming up.

Ehh, I expect them to lose at least one. Portland would just have to beat Dallas and one of Denver, Houston (who isn't playing for anything), or UTA. San Antonio is the only team that can catch us, but it's somewhat of a longshot. We beat them, we clinch the 3 seed.

Not quite. We don't have the tiebreaker with San Antonio if we lose to them because apparently it's head-to-head and then division winner for the tiebreaker.

They have to be worried about us. If both teams have all their players back(Kawhi, them Davis, Harkless , us), I still like the Blazers chances against them.

I think Utah, Denver, and SA are all potential losses. And we sure as hell aren't winning against Houston.

No. They can beat Dallas, then lose to HOU/SAS back-to-back on the road and then lose 1 of the final 2 games and SA could catch them by winning out.

Personally, beating the Spurs is a must win for Portland.
I don't want to lose to Aldridge.

Shabazz and Pat need to get it together. I like Pat's rebounding and Napier's stealing ability, but their shots are not dropping. Still think they're good effort guyz though.

That is not going to happen. As we saw today, SA looks strong at home. We need a scenario that does not include that particular W.

Knowing us, I bet we lose to Dallas but then beat Houston and San Antonio or some shit. Either way I think 50 wins is the magic number.

Goes to show how important your 5 and 6 man in an 8 man rotation can be; playing 1-4 and 7-12 is a fine way to lose leads fast.

Eh Portland is a good road team this year.
Portland gets that game, they lock up the 3rd seed.

That game would clinch the 3 seed no matter what. Would be nice to clinch with two games left.

When they added Wade Baldwin and Swanigan to close it out when you already have Napier, Leonard and Pat on the court you are pretty much playing the very end of your bench. I think i pointed out last time Wade Baldwin doesn't play much defense yet. Trying to have him guard Brooks was a mistake. Hope he learned something.
That team has nothing to lose at all. They are playing for respect. I absolutely love it that they never quit. Memphis has earned my respect for just playing the game right. Hope the ping pong balls bounce their way.

I know we can't count on it, but I really think the Spurs will lose at least one more game NOT against us. They have been poor on the road losing at Washington and Milwaukee. We really need to beat Dallas. By the time we play them, we might have locked the #3 seed.
