They need to move on from Lindgren in the offseason. The guy is a walking injury magnet at this point.

    Or maybe Lindgren isn't back.

Dress Rempe and have him elbow someone in the head next game. Fuck these refs. Unreal. Clear boarding call.

Well at least Zibanejad was back on the bench by the end of the game.

That’s the most obvious boarding call you can possibly make. Lavy should’ve pulled the entire team off the ice or he should’ve gotten the Torts treatment and gone off on the refs and taken a bench minor. Crock of fucking shit. I hope he absolutely says what an absolute bullshit ass ref that was. He needs to call them out. Take the fucking fine. That’s an embarrassment. Disgraceful.

Yeah, I don't see how they can miss that. Luckily Trochek didnt get hurt. Will make for an interesting game on Saturday at MSG.

Rempe needs to dress and run Dobson every chance he gets.

Too big of a hole after a terrible first period. Controlled the 3rd but couldn't finish. Overall, I thought they played really well after the first, so that is a positive.

The only key out of that game is Mika being back on the bench late, cannot afford an injury to him even though he refuses to shoot.

With the Canes win at the Bruins, our magic number to clinch top seed in the East is 4 over the Canes, and 3 over the Bruins since we own the TB over them. With the Canes schedule, and dominant performance of late, I think we'll need 4 of 6 points to get the top seed. Beat the terrible Flyers on Thursday night so we don't have to win both of the last two games, and then see who we'll play. Right now, looks like Pens/Wings/Caps.

The only saving graces is that Trocheck didn’t get hurt and Z was on the bench at the end of the game. Refs can go get into a car accident after the game and break their legs so they can’t get work another game this year.

The Rangers dominated the last two periods. Give the Islanders credit with all the blocked shots and some good saves. Missing two hits from behind is inexcusable.

I'll tell you something else, the team I "fear" the most in the East is the Canes. If we both get through the first round, that will be a very tough series, and a fun one to watch. They are a very good team.

It’s saying Laf got a 10 minute game misconduct after the empty net goal. I didn’t see him doing anything, and they showed Trochek going off. Did they mess that up?

This one’s on lavs for sitting rempe and his obsession with the useless brodshitski who brings NOTHING to the table!! Somebody deserved a beating for that bullshit hit and there was no one there to give it to them. At least they’ll come out to play on Saturday. Our best 4th line was Edstrom, Goodrow and Rempe. Move Vesey up with Kreids and Mika and sit roslovic who sucks!

Yup, as mentioned, Mika being okay, and a positive we played really well the last two periods. Not going to win every game, especially against a desperate team, but you can play well, and we did that in the final two periods.

Need to beat Philly Thursday night. They have lost 8 straight and have been getting rolled by bad teams. Step on them early and win that game. Then we'll be in prime position to lock up the East.

Up 3-0 Isles just had to play defense and not mess up. They took 3 stupid penalties in the 2nd period to give us life. Also says our guys are shooting weak shots from the outside. If the other team is blocking that many shots, start shooting the puck harder. A few slap shots to the body and they’ll thin out.
