Man.... if you have a hard time keeping track of characters on the show, don't even try to read the books. It's about a million times worse. I think Cersei is lying too. The note that Arya found in Littlefinger's room is a message that Cersei had Sansa write after they either locked up or killed Ned Stark (I can't remember which). It was supposed to appease Robb and Katlynn and keep them from marching off to war. But Arya doesn't seem to understand that context, so Littlefinger is hoping it will create distrust and drive a wedge between the sisters. He wants Sansa to turn to him. Yes, it was Sam's dad and brother that were burned.

So my question is..... if he is a full blown Targaryen, can Jon be burned? Or, since he's only half Targaryen and half Stark, could he be made into a pile of dust?
The belief that being Targaryen makes them fire proof, is not true. GRRM has stated this and has gone on to explain that wen Dany survived the fire there was magic involved as she burned the witch. Also, for further proof, Jon was burned when he saver the Nights Watch Commander from the white walker by setting it on fire.

yeah, that is the show writers taking liberties never intended by GRRM. Makes for a lack of continuity.
