    CALGARY, Alberta (Ticker) -- One half was all Henry Burrisneeded to put this one away.


    Burris completed 14-of-23 attempts for 336 yards and fivetouchdowns as the Calgary Stampeders posted a 44-22 victory overthe Saskatchewan Roughriders on Saturday.


    It was the third straight victory for Calgary (6-4-1), whichraced to a 28-1 first-half lead, before cruising the rest of theway.


    Burris got the ball rolling, connecting with wide receiverKen-Yon Rambo from 21 yards out at the 5:12 mark of the firstquarter. It was Rambo's fourth touchdown catch in his lastthree games.


    Leading by six early in the second quarter, Burris hit JermaineCopeland for an eight-yard score, 65 seconds into the period tomake it 14-1.


    Midway through the quarter, Burris threw a quick pass toreceiver Nikolas Lewis, who ran 85 yards into the end zone.

    Burris' fourth touchdown pass of the first half went todefensive lineman Randy Chevrier from one yard out, who hadentered the contest on a tackle-eligible play. That scoreincreased the Stampeders' lead to 28-1 with 1:28 left in thehalf.


    Leading by 13 in the third quarter, Burris fired an 84-yardstrike to Copeland at the 5:18 mark to make it 35-15. Copelandcaught three passes for 111 yards and two TDs.


    Kerry Joseph went 12-of-23 for 144 yards and one interceptionfor Saskatchewan (7-4), which has dropped two straight, butstill leads the West Division.


    Joseph and running back Wes Cates each ran for touchdowns,before backup quarterback Marcus Crandell threw a 10-yard TDpass to Andy Fantuz in the fourth quarter.
