    <div class="pre">WINNIPEG, Manitoba (Ticker) -- Kevin Glenn threw for 180 yards</div>and two touchdowns as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers posted a 27-13victory over the Calgary Stampeders on Friday.


    Glenn completed 15-of-28 attempts and Charles Roberts rushed for154 yards and a score for Winnipeg (9-6-1), which is onevictory away from clinching the East title.


    The Blue Bombers, who already have a playoff spot in hand, tooka quick lead when Glenn connected on a 17-yard TD pass with widereceiver Terrence Edwards just 3:39 into the game.

    After the teams traded field goals to give Winnipeg a 10-6halftime lead, the Blue Bombers scored two singles in the thirdquarter to increase their lead to six entering the finalquarter.


    Roberts, who had 16 carries, burst in from five yards out 61seconds into the final period, before a six yard scoring passfrom Glenn to Mike Stegall midway through the quarter made it27-6.


    Calgary quarterback Ben Sankey went 22-of-39 for 228 yards andhis three-yard touchdown pass to Brett Ralph with 39 secondsremaining finished the scoring.


    The Stampeders fell to 7-8-1.
