    TORONTO (Ticker) -- Michael Bishop threw for 247 yards and atouchdown and Robert Edwards ran for a score as the TorontoArgonauts posted a 35-17 victory over the Montreal Alouettes onFriday night.


    The Argonauts (10-7) also used two defensive touchdowns,including a 68-yard fumble recovery by Khalil Carter and ByronParker's 58-yard interception return.


    Toronto fell behind 10-0 after the first quarter, but Bishophooked up with Tony Miles on a 30-yard strike to get theArgonauts on the board. Noel Prefontaine then tied the gamewith a 26-yard field goal.


    Toronto would not trail again.


    Prefontaine added a field goal and a 53-yard single off a puntin the third before Carter's TD for an 11-point advantageheading into the final period.


    Edwards, who ran for 115 yards on 15 carries, opened up thescoring in the fourth with a one-yard plunge to make it 28-10just 1:46 into the period for the Argonauts, who racked up 383yards of total offense.


    Anthony Calvillo tossed two TDs for the Alouettes (9-8).
