The idea of cross listinga game thread is outright stupid. It's only going to lead to the type of pissing fest we're seeing currently. This website reaks of stupid features.

Great performance, but i'll be a little more relieved when Bosh comes out for a game and puts up 25-10.

We're trying to figure out the best way to do it, but yea I agree with you. I'll definitely be creating a seperate game thread for the Celtics thread and we can just leave the Sportsticker thread for reference (until we figure out a good place for it, that'll keep it out of the way).

I don't think I sounded jilted at all. I was a little surprised at the beating we suffered, but that's pretty much it. I still believe we'll have a better record than you. I don't think I was "talking" in the way you make it seem I was. You know for a fact Bosh was held down by Collins in the playoffs. That's all I said. And poking fun at my own team in the process really doesn't make it seem like I'm on the offensive, as clearly you are.

Jason Kidd is playing possibly the best basketball of his career. Vince Carter, even though he apparantly can't shoot for the time being, is averaging a career high in rebounds and assists and 30 is probably considered a basketball player's peak. Jefferson is only 27, that's not old at all. Bosh will be a superstar. And I really don't think you can refer to Bargnani as a 'star'. He's like Toni Kukoc. He jack up threes for a big, but really no depth to his game.

Stop reiterating you're 'how you gonna defend that' comment, because I made a joke in response to that so you need to calm down. It is one game. I can't wait for you to lose to a crappy team, like we did last night, so I can come over to your board and bash your players regardless of how respectful you may be to the opposing team.

First off, Toronto would have been swept if it weren't for Boki missinga three in game 2 and game 5 so you're lucky you got to game six in the first place. What weakness did you expose exactly? You're Atlantic Division title is a fluke, almost as big a fluke as the Heat's championship. We were down by 40 and you still had Bosh and Bargnani in. Who did we have? SWat, Armstrong, Wright, Boki, Allen, have some respect. New York taking us apart? Are you kidding me? They haven't beaten us in years. They haven't even come close to beating us in years. Chicago is clearly no problem for jersey I don't know what you're talking about. The longer your posts become, the more insane you grow. New York? Really?

This is the deepest team we've had ever. No depth? When Kidd, Jefferson, Carter, Krstic can dominante in any of the three major categories I think we have depth. Marcus can average 15 and 8 in this league and Magloire a proven double double guy off the bench. Meanwhile SWat has nothing but promise. I'm not saying Toronto isn't deep, but you can't say the Nets aren't either.

No, I wasn't talking about Delfino. I think it's great your posts keep on making you laugh. I don't find them too funny, just ignorant. I'm sure I'll find them funny when Toronto ends up third in the division. (And I'm showing you SANITY andRESPECT by not putting the Knicksbelow you.)

You're selling Bargnani way too short by saying that. Its true that he put up a lot of 3's for a big man, primarily because nobody can guard them. But he's still the most versatile offensive option on Toronto and has the potential to be one of the better offensive bigs in the league (will be better than Dirk, IMO). He can put the ball on the floor like a guard, has an excellent touch around the basket, and is surprising comfortable down low (he needs to adjust to NBA bigs, but he's still not initimidated by them). I wouldn't call him a star (...yet), but he's got a hell of a lot of potential and well on his way to fullfilling it.

I can see people disagreeing with the Bargnani statement. But look at the numbers...

    Bargnani: 7 feet, 12 pts, 5 reb, less than 1 ast a game, 39% 3pt, 43% fg

    Kukoc: 6'11", 12 pts, 4 reb, 4 ast, 34% 3pt, 45% fg

Given Bargnani has plenty of time to differ himself from Kukoc, it's just my opinion. I could be proven wrong. But I see a lot of parallels in the two.
