    NASHVILLE, Tennessee (Ticker) -- Radek Bonk scored the decisivegoal and Chris Mason stopped 28 shots as the Nashville Predatorsposted a 3-2 victory over the Detroit Red Wings in Thursday'sThanksgiving Night contest.


    Martin Erat had a goal and two assists for Nashville, whichsnapped a five-game losing streak to Detroit.


    With the game tied at 2-2, Bonk snapped a wrist shot from the lowslot that snuck inside the right goal post and crossbar overgoaltender Dominik Hasek's glove for a power-play tally at 2:22 ofthe third period.


    It was the team-leading ninth goal of the season for Bonk, whoalso recorded a tally in Monday's 2-1 loss to St. Louis.

    Henrik Zetterberg did his best to extend the Red Wings' winningstreak to three games as he put them up 2-1 on a power-play goalwith 1:24 of the second period. Zetterberg skated through theslot, and beat Mason with a wrist shot high to the stick side.

    Nashville, which has won two straight, tied the game just 32seconds later on a goal by Erat. Defenseman Shea Weber's slapshot from the center of the blue line was stopped by Hasek, butErat was right there to corral the rebound and convert for hissixth goal of the season.


    The Predators trailed 1-0 in the first, but captain Jason Arnotttied the game at 1-1 with his eighth goal of the season at the12:20 mark.


    Erat created a turnover in the right corner of Detroit's zoneand slid a pass to J.P. Dumont below the goal line. Dumont thenslid a pass to Arnott in the low slot, where he hit a one-timerthrough the pads of Hasek.


    Johan Franzen opened the scoring with his first goal of theseason at 2:49 of the opening period. Franzen lifted a backhandover the right shoulder of Mason from the left side of the netfor a power-play tally.


    Hasek stopped 26 shots for Detroit, which was 2-for-8 with a manadvantage.

    "I was trying to go high, because I thought (Hasek) was going togo low," Bonk said. "I didn't even have time to look up, andluckily I hit a good spot."

    "We drew penalties early, but you knew the numbers were going toeven out in the end," Detroit coach Mike Babcock said. "Therewere a lot of specialty teams, and I don't think that worked toour advantage. Their goalie played well too, he made some bigsaves."

    "We got a huge shift right after their goal and that got us backon even terms," Nashville coach Barry Trotz said. "The workethic for our team is really strong right now. "
