Crosby, who leads the club with nine goals and 25 points thisseason, has collected a point in each game since theseason-opening loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on October 5. The 20-year-old captain has an assist in each of his last threegames, but Pittsburgh has been bested in all of those contests. The Penguins have not won since hammering the Devils, 5-0, onMonday. Crosby scored two goals - including the game winner -in that win. During his career, Crosby has 10 goals and 22points in 18 games against New Jersey. As always, the Devils will rely on their 15-year veteran in thecrease to stop Crosby and the rest of the Penguins' talentedoffense. Martin Brodeur will look to join Patrick Roy as theonly goaltenders to reach 500 career wins. Brodeur, who has beaten the Penguins 31 times during his career,fell short of the milestone Saturday when the New YorkIslanders handed the Devils a 2-1 loss. Brodeur is not off to his usual start, posting a 5-8-1 recordwith a 2.77 goals-against average this season. The reigningVezina Trophy winner has yet to get a shutout this season, butdoes have five against Pittsburgh in his career.
