Halftime update: Los Angeles 41, Minnesota 51 Garnett is having quite a day... 8-14, 16 points and 10 rebounds, while Sprewell added 11 points and 4 asists. Cassell is 0-2 from the floor for 0 points but he has 9 asissts... Clearly they dont need his points. Some interesting stuff for the Clippers... Corey Maggette is the only clipper in double figures with 18. Elton Brand has 1 rebound at the half.
KG is just having a usual night; double double at the half. He's just proving that he is the current MVP in the league, and I think he'll bring the Twolves to a victory against the Clips.
Timberwolves 96, Clippers 84 Garnett dominated in the first quarter, scoring 14 points and grabbing 9 rebounds. And Cassell didn't really feel like scoring much, so he decided to dish it out. Garnett finished the game with 31 points and grabbed 16 rebounds, and not to metion 4 blocks. Latrell Sprewell scored 17 points and dished out 6 assists. Cassell was in a giving mood, scoring 8 points and dishing out 12 assists. Gary Trent was big off the bench, scoring 15 points. Hoiberg was also big off the bench, scoring 7 points and grabbing 12 rebounds. On the other side, Corey Maggette was the only one who showed up, scoring 34 points. Link
