    I actually love Jrue Holiday's game, just isn't really a true point guard. He did make some questionable decisions with his shot in the fourth though..

    I imagine for folks with a certain disposition, getting punked by Steve Blake really leads you down a path where you're making some questionable decisions.

    It's vs the Kings in Sacramento though. If rose plays that game then he will probably play limited minutes vs us.

    Man 8 homes games to only 3 road games thus far. The schedule makers were nice to us early on. Will pay for it soon. I hope were a decent road team like last year.

    Brent Barry was on NBATV talking about how minutes are huge for the confidence of our young bench guys. I agree 100%. Even if you don't get production out of Crabbe tonight, he still gets very valuable court time.

    Yup, we only have to worry about the minor teams that come to play at home with upset on their minds like the Hornets, Bucks and Magic. Other than that... We play up to our competition in the East.

    Not saying this will always be the case.
    But right now Aldridge adds more to his team than Anthony Davis does on a leadership role alone.
    If AD was really the best big man in the game he would have been up in the face of his teammates for playing hero ball.
    Holliday and Evans deserve to be benched after that.
    Will Barton got benched for doing the same thing tonight.

    Aldridge is the better player right now.
    The pelicans were double teaming Aldridge all game long when he was in the post.
    Only time they didn't is when the Blazers got stops and Anderson was matched up against him.
    AD isn't the 5th best player in the NBA. When he puts on some girth, bulks up a little and develops a post game perhaps he can crack the top 5.
    He's better than Griffin and Love though, because he actually plays defense while they don't.
    But Griffin/love/Davis are all pretty shitty in the post offensively. All have a face up game. No consistent fundamental post game though.
    Playoffs? We're talking about playoffs? PLAYOFFS?

    It didn't look like they were doubling LA that much. Davis is one of the few guys in the league that can single coverage Aldridge.

    They doubled him when he took a dribble a few times, but we made them pay for it enough that they stopped.
