Bargnani and Bosh need to touch the ball every possession

Devlin made a good point. Our core (Bosh, Bargnani, Calderon) showed up. The rest of the team really didn't, both offensively and defensively. We missed too many open shots and our team defense was very poor tonight.

If we're partly evaluating our offseason decisions with the Hedo/Marion matchup, then right now it's looking like Matrix was the better option. I'm kind of joking of course, since I prefer having Turkoglu on the team over Marion. But there's no denying Shawn took Hedo out of the game today and made a huge difference with his active and intense play.

Man, Antoine Wright might be good defensively, but his offense was terrible. Tries to do too much, and not hitting shots. I don't know if it's just this game, or that this has been going on all season. I haven't had the time to watch many games this year.

    Some things I saw today:
-Bosh is a beast, and I love how he's playing right now.
-Bargnani doesn't seem to impact the game very much. When the score said he had 19pts, I was like "wtf?" because it did not feel like he impacted the game at all.
-Belinelli isn't playing as well as I'd expected him to.
-Jack is pretty bad. He doesn't create for anyone, and doesn't look to score at all.
-Hedo is pretty invisible as well. Definitely needs more touches.
-Triano's rotations are retarded. DeRozan only got 17 minutes, and most were from garbage time. Bosh didn't play nearly enough, and I understand fatigue and all, but 31 minutes is still not enough. Some other players got too much PT, and some too little.

the jack , caledron experiment simply isnt working. and jack's reputation as a defensive stalwart is a farce. i think he has the foot speed but doesnt have the instincts to recognize the obvious. for instance, in the fourth quarter when jason terry was torching him- he left terry in the corner to triple team jj barea, jj picked up on that and threw a pass to terry who hit an uncontested three.

btw, demar needs more touches. i say make them creative so get him looks on cuts to the basket or alley hoop plays. i almost think its a must because he has been so unselfish in his limited minutes and is typically guarding the best perimeter player on the opposing team. on nights like tonight- josh howard only had to play on one end of the court because derozan was frozen out.

Jack is not cut out for the role of primary play-maker. He tries hard, often *too* hard, and makes painful mistakes. When he was with the Blazers, he was at his best when he could attack the hoop. He was very good at drawing fouls and cashing in at the FT line.

yeah its becoming painfully obvious to us. i personally believed ramon sessions was a much better fit but jack's friendship with bosh might have something to do with his signing.

Tough to win on a road back-to-back against two quality teams.

Staying at .500 through to Christmas is good enough.
