Only Western playoff team the Warriors have not beaten this year is the Lakers. Now only two games in front of the Warriors, how sweet would it be to finish ahead of them in the playoff seedings? I'm *almost* hoping the Clips beat them again to hasten their freefall. I'm not, but almost.

The positives: We smoked a playoff team that has a good coach, talented players, and size. Sjax is becoming one of my favorite pg/sg/sf type players next to Mike Miller and Joe Johnson (my fave though is Lebron). Baron leads the way with my MVP vote. Jrich is still awesome to watch. Beans and Ellis are my favorite young players.

The negatives: Foyle and Pietrus are still dumb as hell. I don't think they can be fixed. But they do some good things like blocked shots, the occasionally nice outlet pass or gaining an extra possession.

The positives: At least they hustle. [IMG]

    Good coach? Wrong!

Talented players? If that's what you call Jarron Collins and Derek Fisher [IMG] Jarron Collins should be in the d-league and Fisher needs to start his own team cuz he shoots like he's Kobe! Did I mention how inconsistent Memo is? Watching this team just pisses the hell outta me.....

I sure wish I could tell you guys you just owned a playoff team but you guys just smeared, wait check that, mutilated a team that has imploded like a supernova in a 2 week spand. Utah has been absolute trash and don't have that swagger they had earlier this year.

Congrats on the win, it was nice helpin' you guys get 1 step closer to the playoffs. Thanks for helping us let the Raptors get 1 game closer [IMG] We're only 3 games away from getting the #22 pick. Maybe Utah wants you guys to play the Mavs so we don't have to play them in the 2nd round [IMG]

The Dallas game not so much since they locked up the 1st seed today and will be resting their starters for the most part the rest of the way...</div>

Yeah, ditto. Plus those games are on the road!!! That is not a good thing for the Warriors this season. The Blazers have some key injuries, but this will be the last game of the season, and I am sure they are going to be looking for a victory, to have good feelings going into the offseason with that young team. The Kings on the other hand, also has nothing to lose, and I am sure Eric Musselman and even Ron Artest and their players have no bad feelings for playing spoiler. I think Stephen Jackson and Al Harrington are great right now, keeping this team mentally strong. If we still had Dunleavy and Murphy, they (at least Dunleavy for sure) would have been focused on the offseason weeks ago. Also who knows, maybe Dallas will want to send a message to the Warriors after the last matchup. I've also seen the TWolves play very well in Oakland before.

Basically, it's up to the Warriors. If they play well and keep clicking like they are now, then their chances look much better. However this is the Warriors and unfortunately it is possible to see them stumble and lose all four of the remaining games. Their mental toughness looks awesome right now. I am hoping that it keeps them focused and hungry for the playoffs. Jason Richardson for sure is focused, after somewhat promising it after last season. Man, I'm amped.

I didn't get to see nor follow the game because of being busy with other things, but remember:
We're still two games down in the loss column because the Warriors can't just tie the Clips. The tiebreaker goes to the Clips, so we got to beat them.

Warriors are tied with the clips 2-2, just that the Clips have the upper hand in the division record at this point which will be a deciding factor if they end the season with the same record.

[IMG] Why should we lose that game? We have owned the Mavs over the last couple of seasons. 3-1 last year, and we're 2-0 against them this year. [IMG]

No way, talent as in Deron Williams, Carlos Boozer, AK47, and Memo.

Jerry Sloan is one of the league's best coaches IMO. If you replace him, I bet you'll want him back. Small market team has to have a big coach you'd want to play for.

Utah will get it back, it's just regular season. It's not like they could miss the playoffs. They probably taking it easy because they don't want any injuries.

Fisher reminded me why he is one of the worst players in the league....every weakness was exposed.

His inability to finish at the rim, his pathetic defense, his entire game sucks

And Fitz nailed it with the best nickname ever Fisher is "the pylon" classic...

There's no one off the bench that helps us except Harpring and Millsap. Then with AK hurt, now we only really have Millsap with Harpring playing a lot more. It'd be nice to have a back-up PG......

Who'd want to play for Sloan? The guy is an totalitarian type coach, he's up with the likes of Hitler and Stalin. This team would be set if he'd been playing Brewer all year long and gotten him experience earlier in the year.

We will trade Sarunas Y for Brewer. You have a back up PG, Fisher!

Warriors played with hustle and passion last night. The way they get the loose balls and fast break is great to see. They just have to keep it up.

Harrington, that guy got a couple of easy looks that you would think a 6'9" guy would just rip down and he throws up some finger rolls off the rim. He does play pretty small, he must have small hands or just cannot gather himself quickly. SJax throws down more slams than Harrington.

I had tickets for the game and by the time I got there (I Left San Jose at 5:45) the lot was full, and the overflow lot was full. They wanted us to park in the Shopping center lot around the corner. So I drove home and watched the 2nd half on TV. I've written a huge complaint letter to the A's for scheduling a game a the same time as the Warrior game. Pretty ridiculous.

You should use BART. It's cheaper than parking and you avoid the hassle of finding parking. That's not to say that BART doesn't have its own drawbacks.

If I had known that the A's were selfish enough to schedule a game at the same time as a Warrior game, I would've BARTed in. The problem is that I hate baseball and have been swamped at work so I had no clue that there was a baseball game. I actually checked tipoff time on the Warriors web page, but there was no mention of an A's game there. I think it's pretty ridiculous that they can they can run out of parking and would ask someone to trust their car to a shopping center's lot.

    Dang... I'd be pissed too!

I could have gone to the game as well, my friend got a couple of box seat tickets for $45!!! I skipped though so I could study for my exam, but instead I ended up watching the game on TV... I should have went lol.

FYI, in case you get tix to either of the last two home games, there are A's games at the same freaking time too. [IMG] [IMG] We ended up driving around the BART parking lot and it was full too, so we drove up to Fruitvale and I had to leave my truck there! We took BART to the coliseum, and walked in. What an adventure!
