CJ McCollum comes to mind...cleaning debris out of a hip joint is simple and it works. Athletes have it all the time. It's no big deal.
Strongly disagree and believe he will be on the roster starting the season still. I heard on 750 sports radio some interview with a Charlotte writer and he said that Portland will be surprised and his professionalism, hustle and overall team play. One of the things he said was that he just might be the right positive influence that all of our new young acquisitions need in the locker room. He is not the guy to call you out, but he leads by example and helps people along. He is the consummate professional and a role model on how to make it in this league.
Henderson has had 6 coaches and D league changes to the roster his whole career. I think he'll embrace Portland's style. I like that he has quick hands, defends and slashes to the rim with some gusto. Knows how to finish in the paint way better than CJ..gotta build some swagger around these guys or it'll be a long season of blah
Surgery is never a positive. Reminds me of Mike Barrett saying "Greg Oden's knees are better than the average third year player because they haven't had the wear and tear of all those games."
The late Michael Jackson's face would agree with this post... I would find a picture of it, but I don't want to scar myself like that.
Something was just broken with that guy... Sometimes I wonder if the juice they do in college causes issues later.
