I don't think he leaves. I think they play well at the start of the season and the rumblings go away.

    Embiid on the other hand...

None of those listed have rebuild assets. The Lakers and Warriors???? WTF do they have to offer? POR is like a gold mine next to those two.

Trade Dame to the Bucks putting him back with ex teammates and Stotts. Bring us Giannis!

I imagine that most people, if faced with the choice of trading Dame and rebuilding round Scoot and Shaedon, versus trading a shit ton of assets to get Giannis to play next to Dame would pick the latter.

    But not me.

Dame and Giannis is about 90% of the way to a ring. I have complete faith we could win a ring if we started with those two on the team. I'm super mad at Dame, but winning washes away all sins.

I don't think it was ever a question Giannis leaves this season. All this was because of his noncommital to extension, 2 years from now. In two years, Milwaukee are still the only team able to give Giannis the most money. So Bucks must really be so bad for him to not take the most amount of $$. This is not his last big contract.

yep. Role players are much easier to acquire than two superstars with completely different games that would likely work perfectly with each other, making the sum of the two much better than each. Thats not easy to do at all

I heard Giannis is only going to the Heat. Riley is graciously offering Robinson and two 2nds.

Like that Giannis is enough for that offer. The Bucks should be forced to throw in all their picks until 2037.

Yeah, if Giannis doesn't resign and becomes available why would you blow your wad on Dame? Either way, this is now Scoot's team and a new era for POR and, hopefully, high high quality team BB.
