First of all

Ghoti if you were a lobotomized cowboys fan, you'd be a giants fan

    Second of all

The giants didn't hand the game to the cowboys, the cowboys won it. If the cowboys played a perfect game and won you'd have a point, but both teams gave opportunites to the other side.

See you all in the meadowlands.

I'm not an Eli fan or anything, but he made some real solid throws on Sunday. He played about as well as Romo.

    No credit to Eli?

Yout gotta give Eli credit, you've gotta give Plaxico credit, but I will say this: neither would have had nearly as a good a game had Terrence Newman started over Jacque Reeves.

Taped the game and just finished watching it this afternoon. God, I'm in a state of shock right now.

Osi's out a couple months (maybe the whole season) and Jacobs is out for 3 weeks. Might be the most brutal season opener I've ever seen.

Watching our defense brought flashbacks of the final 8 games of last season. Without a pass rush, our secondary gets picked on over and over again. Romo looked like a Hall of Famer by basically running the same play (play action pass down the middle).

Eli was the man, though. With Jacobs now out and essentially no running game left, I hope they spread the recievers out and just air it out more often. There really isn't much else we can do.

It was sloppy on both sides, during defense. But sometimes, it happens. I loved this game because of the excitement and they way it had me on the edge of my seat. I expect better defense games from both teams the next time they meet.

Btw - Chutney, that is the greatest Giants burn sig I've ever seen, wear it with pride.
