Personally, I don't want anything to do with "Vin and Tonic"

We already have one Boozer, and I think that is enough.

I just couldn't resist that bad joke, I think the jokes alone are reason enough to keep Vin away from Cleveland.

You know. I think I would sign him for like the rest of the season for a trial run. It would give us another low post option.

yeah, i hope cavs don't sign him... his risk is too big... the worst thing that could happen is seeing james and booze end up drinking too, although it may never happen 10 out of 10... but his affected performance (laziness and work ethic) could really screw this team up... please DON'T!

Hey everyone I'm new to this. I was Cavaholic03 on the ESPN board. I must say this is much better and advanced than the ESPN board. I do think the Cavs should look at Baker. I think Boumtje Boumtje should go bye bye. At least Baker can give us some quality minutes. Yes I know he has a drinking problem but he can play. Also about our outside shooting if we can play defense, limit turnovers, and drive to the basket like last night, we shouldn't need to worry about our outside shooting.

That's the bad thing about him!
His game is good, but his love for the alcohol is to big, so I hope we don't get him!

Well instead of someone like Vin I think you cats need someone like a Bo Outlaw...a super energizer off the bench. Someone to help keep some momentum goin'...

I have always loved Bo Outlaw.

I would look at Chris Andersen this off season too.

I have a feeling his minutes would be low here, the way Z and Booz are playing and with Battie getting a lot of the bench minutes.

It took the Cavs an eternity to rid themselves of the "Dross" they accumulated over the years. Why would they want to jump back into the mud with a proven "Looser " like Vin Baker. The game is Basketball..............not Babysitting.

    Not for my money..................Tank

There's really no point to signing Baker

There's no upside. Think about it. I mean, Silas has surrounded Lebron with Quality Individuals that are going to shape him into the Leader that he is destined to be. Vin Baker will need to be signed by some other team and show about 2 or 3 years of being Sober and playing well before I would sign him.

Oh, and I say we only sign Chris Anderson if he puts his hair up like he did at the Dunk Contest..........ALL THE TIME!!

Shame how much the Celtics gave up for this guy. He'll never be the same Vin Baker, alcohol or not the game has pasted him by.

Very bad idea to sign Baker, he would probably get Silias to start drinking again.
