Why does a time frame needs to be a part of this equation? You are basically telling me men are inferior, they can not do X, therefore Y exists. I tell you that another men (who by your definition is inferior) said that Y exists. The only logical answer to this is that a man (who by your definition is inferior) claims that Y exists, but since he is inferior, why should I believe him... Godel's incompleteness theorem shows that for no system of axioms is capable of proving all the truths of that system. As applied to this discussion - you can continue to move the goal posts requesting further proofs... I am sure that in the past when someone suggested that men can fly someone told them that if god wanted men to fly they would have made them able to, and when this thing was solved, we will go to the next one until that one is solved and so on and so forth... At the end it really comes to one of the belief systems...
Even better. http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/2014/02/06/272535141/who-won-the-creation-vs-evolution-debate In terms of who "won" the debate, the audience of Britain's Christian Today website says it was Nye, hands down. With 42,567 responses, the site's online poll finds Nye with 92 percent support, compared with 8 percent for Ham.
Oh I get it, you want to live through other people's success because you know for certain you will fail? If you can't debate me in a playing field that is level and let the cards fall where they lie, then it's certain you aren't a man with strong convictions that you hold the keys to truth. Plain and simple
I think our result would be the same. I truly do not want to watch you embarrass yourself elsewhere too.
You always know the guy that's scared when they say shit like "I don't want to embarrass you, that's why I won't do it"
mags doing everything short of mimicking chicken wing flappings with his arms and yelling "bawk, bawk, bawk" like he's back in 5th grade. geez
LOL it's true. Why would anyone that truly believes they are in the right be fearful of debating in a field that is unbiased? That's fine, Denny can rant on here where no one can really judge him.
where no one can judge him? So if a site allows users to vote on who is "right" or "won" that somehow proves something? Come on man. Intelligent discussion and debate is one thing. Fearful of debating in an unbiased field? lol.
I looked at debate.org just now. Of the several dozen "religion vs. atheism" type subjects, the religious side might get 50% of the vote in only some of those. Biased, indeed. The US is 78% christian and the religion side loses 28% of those by "debating." Pretty sad, actually.
Oh I fear you using insecure remarks like unicorns and leprechauns? Hardly? How about time 0? LMAO! Or maybe how you think singularity just popped into existence? I don't fear for you to be embarrassed. You can't say "I'm right, so that means you're wrong!"
