After the Jazz win to end the season I felt great. Blazers had 3rd place, NW division championship. Things were feeling good. After game 1 I felt let down. After game 2 I was angry and beside myself. After game 3 I was lost and terribly upset. When we lost game 4 it was a punch to the gut, but I took it better than the first 3. I expected it by then. I was glad the Blazers fought back. But also glad it was over. Since then I have been thinking on it and have decided to be a bit more realistic. At least for now I have decided not to have any expectations. I'll still be much the crazy fan I am. Just a bit more levelheaded...step back my emotional investment. Its hard going into the summer like this. Being swept. Not trusting the GM or coach...having the feeling that there isn't going to be much change this summer...not enough eggs in the batter for the cake to bake right

There's always something to cheer for with the Blazers...silver lining...rookie got playoff experience...Chief shot well...etc....I don't let the losses get to me at all...just enjoy the team and credit the team that beat you for playing well. Nature of sports.
