all you need is a speedo and tanning oil. lay on the beach with a pina colada and let the bitches flock to you.
Duke's breakfast buffet looks killer! (I hear the view from the front row tables are, as well.) http://www.dukeswaikiki.com/docs/Breakfast_Buffet for web 010610.pdf
The food at that buffet kind of blows (most of the food is there). I've been a few times...selection is mainly some rice and kahula pork and some dry chicken and salad. It is pretty cheap, maybe 14 bucks and the ambiance is great. I'd overall recommend going if you've never been. I'd take people there but if it were just me, as I've tried it, I'd skip it. My parents actually liked it alot....its not as bad as I say but I'm kind of a food snob. The breakfast buffet at the top of the waikki sheraton is pricy but the view is awesome. almost worth it for the view and the food is a lot more buffet-y. If you've ever been to a sunday brunch at a sheraton its the same shit though. 30 bucks I think.....I prob have pics somewhere of both places and the food. i'll dig them out later.
If you were in Waikiki for only 2 days, where would your top 2 choices be for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thanks!
Breakfast: Eggs N' Things. Usually a long wait but for one it shouldn't be bad since you can eat at the counter. Great omelettes and pancakes. Lunch: Rainbow Drive-In. Its about a mile from "Waikiki" but s awesome fast food. Hawaiian plate lunches on steroids. Great slushie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. PukaDog: Interesting hot dogs. Dinner: Side Street Inn Most of these have been on TV shows. I'll pull up them later. More will come to me later....I gotta see on my notes.
Dude, you're awesome! Side Street Inn, eh? Perhaps, on that Sunday morning/afternoon to catch my Falcons playing in the NFC Championship game? EDIT: The Teriyaki Ribeye looks yummy!
This place was kinda on my list. Ever heard of them....or eaten there? http://www.dksteakhouse.com/menu.html
No. I would not usually want steaks therein hawaii. No usda grade on them kind of scares me. There is a spot called wolfgang steakhouse. Not wolfgang puck. In the royal hawaiian center. Similar to peter luger in brooklyn I think. Kind of high end. There is also a ruths chris but then again they have that in portland In that marriott its a sushi spot that has a good night vibe and happy hour. x
