I need to get on that. daRizzle who I'm facebook friends with lost like 50 pounds and is ripped now sent from a phone you've probably never heard of
I make low carb tuna cakes/patties pretty often. 1 can of tuna, 1 egg, 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, and whatever spices I feel like or have.
That's Atkins induction phase. I've been doing 20 carbs a day for over a year. Lost 45 lbs. not much more i can lose at this point. I've been remarkably healthy, too. No colds or flu. Congrats to crandc and to you. Keep it up. It's no fad if you don't give up on the diet.
I didn't do Atkins. Cut down on carbs but still ate a lot of fruit. Did chalice: water, vegetables, fruit, lean protein, complex carbs, bad stuff. So I made tuna salad with half tuna, half vegetables, nonfat yogurt (since I loathe mayonnaise) and a dab of olive oil. Eat with whole wheat pita and fresh fruit for breakfast. Having shrimp for dinner with basil from garden, sauteed turnip greens, and a big salad.
One more thing. I mix the tuna/egg/cheese/spices in a bowl then put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before frying them up.
Sinobas, I have none. Bikini or otherwise. Thin or not, I photograph very poorly - my face is very asymmetrical and I always look like an ax murderer. I'm just a thin ax murderer. But maybe, if I'm in a good mood, before I shop Friday I'll do one in shorts. Maybe.
