    That can be done by getting unlimited private money out of our politics. Which is something that would be MUCH better for us than setting term limits.

    I think lobbying needs to be disallowed as far as monetary pay or giving certain privileges but the lobbyists will pad the pockets regardless if it's a 1st term, 5th term or 20th term congressman.

    Never worked a job in his life. Always paid by taxpayers. He will have lifetime taxpayer funded pension and health care. And tries to gut Medicare, Social Security, food stamps, public housing, public education because people should work and not rely on government.

    Another one bites the dust...

    Probably so. Whatever it takes to keep new vitality coming into congress. Some from congress on both sides should have retired or moved aside a long time ago, but its hard for them to give up all the perks.
    Plus they wouldn't know what else to do. Im glad they cant leave congress and become a lobbyist for 5 year at least.
    New ideas and thinking every 2-3 terms would not be a bad thing. At least they would go into it knowing it cant turn into a full time career. Serv then move on.
