Gregorius simply needs to learn the strike zone. No, that won't make him a batting champ, but it will increase his chances of swinging at a "hitter's pitch" and getting ahead in the count.

There's still room for basic improvement and plate discipline unless you assume all 24-25 yr old hitters should be lighting up the score board by this time.
