Oregon Live The dispute between Tim Grgurich and the Portland Trail Blazers moved into the legal system Thursday as the veteran assistant coach filed a lawsuit against the team. Grgurich filed suit in U.S. District Court in Portland seeking a temporary restraining order that would allow him to accept a new coaching job and to recover the salary that the team has withheld from him since July. "Tim Grgurich is being held hostage by the Blazers," said Stephen F. English, Grgurich's Portland-based attorney. "They refuse to let him move on with his life, to try to get a job with another team, but at the same time, Nate McMillan has made it clear to him that he does not want Tim as one of his assistant coaches."
