    But I just did.
It is rather difficult to imaging what holds a galaxy together but for a black hole. So in that sense, the black hole is like God, you can't prove it's there, but you need it.
You need the BH to anchor the obits of Stars, and you need God to put the final touch on the creation of life. Weed won't get er done.

Not an infinite number of galaxies, but a very very large number.

No, but I have learned, I do not need it.

This reminds me of the old argument about the value of using a prime number in algorithm for even distribution of data though out a finite space.
Prime or not only comes into play when the amount of space begins to approach infinite. Which has no approach.

Well that is definitely one theory. I do at least agree with you that weed isn't the thing holding a galaxy together. So there's that I guess.

I'm not willing to say that for certain, but I do suppose that is the current consensus opinion of Physicists.

I say infinite. unlike a video game I don't see the universe having some invisible wall when you get to it. Galaxies within galaxies within galaxies.

People can't even begin to wrap their head around the universe so instead the number one important thing is selfies and outrage over nonsense

The current hypothesis is 100-200 billion galaxies in the "observable universe", which begs the question, what about what we can't observe? Also, there are some other crazy theories out there, multi-verse, string etc. that make it impossible for me to make any assumptions on whether or not the universe is finite.

That's what I mean, nobody truly knows. My opinion is it's infinite, but nobody knows, I don't even think we can begin to even fathom how insane the universe is. A lot of it is more questions than answers

But duct tape is like the force. It has a light side and a dark side, and it holds the universe together. Therefore, given the transitive nature of the "like" relation - God is like the Force. Which is what George Lucas has been trying to tell us all along.

I was told, and take it as a given that God is a she. From here, I think it is very likely that God wears a golden bikini.
