Holland has to show who they are tomorrow, and win convincingly against Japan.

    5-2.

The match against Japan could be tricky for the Dutch. Japan do not have a lot of pure attacking options, mostly having goals scored by players other than their strikers. Tulio could get a goal or two against the Dutch because I guarantee you he won't be picked up by the Dutch defense. He has the strength to keep possession of the ball and the pace to stretch the defense since he will spring from the back. Honda will be closed down, but Endo and Matsui could be dangerous as well, so the Dutch will have to keep an eye on those three.

Japan will have their work cut out for them though with all of the attacking options that the Dutch have. It isn't unique, but the Dutch get things done. I'm expecting Arjen Robben to return in this match, which would be vital to their depth up front. I just hope he'll stay healthy for the rest of the tournament. I don't think he will start, though I'm looking forward to it, I just think that Elia and Kuyt need to be rewarded for their fine play in the previous match by starting up front with Robin van Persie.

I don't want to see Huntelaar up front in this match. Nakazawa and Tulio are both strong and tall enough to shut him down every time.

I'm a fan of both teams, but I want the Dutch to win the cup. The reason why is only because I want to see a new champion in the World Cup. If it not the Dutch, I want the Germans to have their fourth star.

Extremely strange camera angle in this stadium. Almost seems like it is the cameraman's fault -- Too zoomed in. Game pace is now controlled by Netherlands. Japan need to stop Netherlands getting into a groove or a goal will be imminent.

Japan are pressing the Dutch early in their half, good defensive work.

Nagatomo gets Japan's first shot on-goal and it's a good one. Best chance of the game.

I've been awake for all the early games but just barely.

Heh, that's good. I probably wouldn't be awake if it wasn't for work. Netherlands are dominating in possession so far...
