    What about every other crime where they publish someone's mugshot after an arrest? Should they just stop doing that and have everyone be a "Mr. X"?

    Newspapers should find news to report other than victimless crimes.

    Alternatively, the standard sentence could always be zero time and zero fine, since the punishment of publicity is far greater.
