There's nobody out there I'd rather have then Phil. I have my complaints, but I'm not going to disrespect what he has done in his coaching career.

What I'd prefer is for Phil to stop sitting around and minding his own business when the team is playing like shit.

My suggestion is for him to become a little more vocal, because it's obviously the team needs someone to chew them out and motivate them, and then go out and hire someone who actually cares about defense and will implement good defensive schemes in practice, since he obviously doesn't care about defense.

As for Sasha, I read somewhere that one of the main reasons why he's struggling so much is because he isn't playing with Kobe. He played his best basketball last year when Kobe was on the court, and this year, I don't think him and Kobe have seen the floor together for a single minute. Again, it's just something I read, so I'm if it's even valid...

I was absolutely angry watching this game. No activity defensively, and too much standing around out there on offense. Our defense has gone down the shit hole these last 10 games or so, and if it doesn't pick up, then you can forget about championship aspirations. Fucking frustrating watching this defense, IF you can even call it that.
