But listen guys this isn't that bad though, ITs not as bad as the mavs playoff series.. It was mainly the rockets fault for being down in the first place so we cant just come out and blame the refs for every single call... im with yall that the refs did do a bad job but looking at the numbers it was alot of the team that did the bad job.. Great to see yao back now and hopefully we can go on a streak but someone has put some bad luck on the rockets the past few weeks.. WE NEED A STREAK DESPERATLY - AND I mean like a 12 - game or something like that.. I dont mind playing utah but I dont want to play SA and make it hard to get out of the first round.. Utah matchs up well with us but we need to win to keep our 5th seed and also, I want the rockets to win more games than 2 years ago which was 51-31 so I hope the Rockets will use this loss as a momentum shift, especially McGrady driving to the basket now more, and go on a streak.. Maybe its me.. Do u think i should stop making the game threads?

They just need to take it one game at a time and try to pull out with a win each time. Every time the schedule begins to look easier the Rockets let their guard down. Both the Jazz and SA are tough teams. It will be hard for Yao to guard Okur (who will launch 3s all day), Juwand/Hayes on Boozer and Rafer to guard Deron Williams, so I don't think it will make that much of a difference who we play whether it be SA or the Jazz. I guess the reason why every Rox fan wants to play the Jazz is because they lack playoff experience. I brang up the Mavs thing only because tonights game reminded me of how crappy officiating can be in the NBA. This season it hasn't been that bad (probably because Yao has been out for most of it) just some officials like Corbin really suck. Anyone remember the last time we got a win when he was officiating against us? Every time I see him as the official I cringe and think to myself oh no here comes another loss. Dude, don't get down on yourself, your not giving the Rockets any bad luck or anything like that. We lost 3 games (ATL, BOS, TOR) before you started doing the game threads again, and if I remember correctly, we won a lot of them when you did do them before the ASB. Know this, internet has nothing to do with the outcome of Rockets games. Sometimes I think Bill Worrell jynxes the Rockets at the FT line, but I don't think much of it because I believe he is just really bad at calling them. Whenever we lose, just think about the next game and remember that we are doing a lot better than last season. EDIT: Invalid Video Link That's the game Bryan is talking about.
I feel your pain. I remember last season when we played the Cavs at Cleveland, the refs basically took over the game. Everytime you even took a breath near Lebron, it was a foul. Meanwhile, you see on the other end of the floor, Kobe getting hacked left and right with absolutely no call. We came from being up by double digits in the fourth to losing the game because of the horrible officiating. To make matter even worse, you can't speak out about it, because if you do, it's an automatic fine.

I think the NBA is going out of it's way to hype up Lebron, and minimize Kobe. I watch NBAtv every day. If you notice, Lebron's highlights are alwayz in their top 10. The play doesn't even have to be that great, just aslong as it's the "KING". When the Lakers win, the commentators seem to downplay his significance and minimize him to just being a scorer. For instance, Lebron and Kobe matched up a few weeks back. Cleveland wins and the commentators say "Lebron had a great game as usual, being the great team player he is". Kobe on the other hand (being that he had a great game too) they said, "Kobe won the duel, but his TEAM fell considerably short". It seems they go out their way to put Lebron over anybody. But in actuality, he's NOT better than Kobe.

Some might say Wade, some might say Nash, but majority say it's Kobe. He gets plenty of respect from the media. Why the hell are you such a Kobe devotee anyways? Don't you live in Houston? Sheesh.

But other than that, he's a media target for selfishness. <div class="quote_poster">durvasa Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Why the hell are you such a Kobe devotee anyways? I'm just surprised with the degree to which you like him. Fanaticism is usually reserved for hometown players, but not in your case.
The main thing I am mad about is the timing thing where Hughes got "fouled" Can someone post a video? I dont know about you guys, but the shot clock on my channel actually STOPPED for like 3 secs. About 5 secs was taken off the game clock. I am not sure about the exact times, but if someone could post video that would be great.

Kobe's the most fearless player in the league who doesn't back down from anybody. How can you NOT respect that
