BIG TIME early-season series between the two best teams in baseball. Major test for the Braves this weekend.

    4/27: Morton (2-0, 4.70) v Bibbee (2-0, 4.44)
    4/28: Elder (1-0, 0.00) v Lively (0-1, 2.38) [10:35am PST]

Didn't realize Ozzie was back already. Made his presence felt tonight.

Cleveland trying their darnedest to make this a game in the 9th. We need this door to close.

I love Matzek, but he just doesn't have it so far this year. Luckily, we have a pretty damn solid bullpen, so can allow him to slowly work himself back. Great way to start the series, showing who the best team in baseball is.
    Welcome back Ozzie!

Quite the pitching duel early on.
Ultimately, you just can not load the bases with nobody out and fail to scratch across a run. Go for the series win tomorrow

This series absolutely lived up to its billing. Great to see the Braves clinch it on another series-ending extra-innings game. Even better for the much-maligned (including by me) Austin Riley to get the game winner.

Would love to see a rematch in October.
