I have finally reached my limit on Hafner and Overbay. They need to make changes and fast.

Hey 59...I can't believe I am wasting my time watching this team. I have watched them since 1980 so why stop now but man watching paint dry is more fun. I think they have hit only three balls out of the infield since the 2nd inning. Time for Cashman to make some moves or last place will be here before we know it.

I plan on it but I leave for vacation on Friday so busy busy and running all over all day. I will be back a week from Friday so I will start them up after that. In the meantime hope the Yanks can get on a winning streak. As of now they have lost 3 in a row.

Hafner is now batting .182 in July. This is after a .179 May and a .174 June. It's time for the DFA. The guy has made $70 million in his career. He will live.

I just moved from FL to NC about two months ago and now I am going back to meet up with family for the week. I moved two months too early. Should be lots of food and drinking. Hoping this tropical storm does not hinder my travel plans.

Yeah if you go to baseball-reference and check out players you can see their career earnings. Arod is over $325 million.

Honestly its not going to last much longer because that spot is going to be taken by Jeter & a-rod.

Anybody would be better than somebody in the DH spot that's pretty much an automatic out.

The Mets pick up guys who are hitting grand slams and this is the nonsense we have to deal with.

I understand that. He's on pace for more at bats then he has had since 2007. That being said the guy hit .228 in limited time last year. He is hitting in the .170s for almost the last two and a half months. I think he's pretty much shot at this point.
