I never figured out how he got from that to Sting? And Bono supposedly chose his name from an eye glass shop..... What kind of of connections are you trying to make? At least Meatloaf makes sense. And Madonna is a pretty good stage name too. Maybe Americans are better at renaming themselves as pop icons.

He gained his nickname after his habit of wearing a black and yellow sweater with hooped stripes with the Phoenix Jazzmen. Bandleader Gordon Solomon thought he looked like a bee, which prompted the name "Sting".

I figured it would like that. I wish Neil Young has changed his name to what his friends call him..... Shakey. Because you know--that's him to a tee.

After meeting you, I imagine you've raised some pretty well adjusted kids. You and your wife are top notch.

Totally. Birds and cheese. Working under Steve Jones with cheese is like the superbowl in the cheese world. And this project I have been a part of is amazing and unique in the kind of data that we are able to collect. There is nothing like it anywhere else in the world.

Nobody wants cheese boots. I'm not sure I would be allowed to travel cross country with most of the species I see on the reg. But I'll keep my eye out for you.

If you find something cool find a place to have it tanned, I'll pay for it, then ship it to me.

If you find something really cool and big see if the guy will tan it for free if he gets to keep half. Or we'll split the cost of tanning.
