Do you really think so? We will see. A TON of teams will have money this offseason, and there's only one or two top tier free agents available. Would Hickson at 9-10 million be a massive mistake? Hell yes. Will some GM overpay him after exhausting other options? There's a good chance.
If someone is looking for a friendly (no money needed) wager I will put the over-under at 8.1 MIL average per year if someone wants to take the over, I will take the under.

There are a lot of bigs coming out this summer. Even though there are "A ton of teams having cap space"; how many of them already have bigs? Then you look at the bigs available, and notice at least 5 will be had before Hickson (Smith, Dalembert, Jefferson, Milsap, Pek) By the time these teams get them; there won't be much left for a Hickson type player, IMO
I think we should be prepared for Hickson to make an All-Star team somewhere else. If he keeps putting up numbers like he is, he'll get one or two nods. If Zach can make a team, so can Hickson.
