I disagree. I'm not heartbroken. My heart is filled joyous warmth.

Seahawks defense sucked. They didnt get any pressure on M.Ryan the entire game. It kills me, :30 away from one of the greatest comebacks in sports history and the defense couldnt step up.

Agree. Was saying it the whole game. No pass rush. I am guessing we are drafting some pass rushers with some of our 10 draft picks. Without Clemons the pass rush is weak.

We need a speed rush DE and a good WR. Other than that probably depth on the O-line. The Seahawks are pretty stacked though.

Irvin's a great speed rush DE playing on non-run downs, and losing a pro-bowl D-lineman is going to affect your rush and your depth.
I only saw parts of the first quarter (it was the last day with my kids for a year, and then I went to the airport) and it seemed as if Quizz channeled his inner Peterson and Turner hooked up a dose of the Juvenation Machine before the game. I saw Sherman being pretty active though. Did he give up any of the TDs?

The Seahawks need a pocket-collapsing DT badly

Time to find the next Tommie Harris

I think the starting DT's are Ok. You could improve over Branch and Branch is a FA so you could let him go and try to go a different direction. I think you go depth and make them compete in training camp. The problem is that Clemons is an every down LEO. He is out until November from what I hear. They are going to need to find an every down LEO to replace him. I am not convinced yet that Irvin is that guy. Even if Irvin is that guy, you will need some depth at LEO and maybe at DT.
