sure...that's one way to look at it the other way is that the GM who was in charge when Portland went 3-point-happy is still in charge. Maybe Olshey believes in the three-ball more than Stotts did. Not only that, his 2 favorite players, CJ and Simons, shoot three's well and if he's determined to not trade either, he's slimy enough to do everything he can to justify that inaction, even if it makes for a team that goes no further than the current one did. Priorities I am convinced that a lot of the criticisms directed at Stotts should have really been directed at Olshey but no, I really doubt it will be D'Antoni. Then in that article with Shams a couple days ago it was written that management is intrigued by Billups. Connecting the dots is pretty easy here. I think it’s gonna come down to either Billups or an unexpected candidate that’s still in the playoffs, like Spoelstra or Budenholzer.
