I'm more referring to the narrative. Every time Billups is mentioned by Woj he also mentions the Blazers. Even that report last week that had Billups interviewing for Boston had Portland interjected into the story. Shams has no reason to push that narrative.

Multiple people that are close to the team or follow the team basically confirmed this. I mean, I guess it's possible she does, but this is just going off everything we've heard from the media.
Because if I magically owned a NHL team tomorrow, I wouldn't know shit about hockey (other than what I saw in the Might Ducks movies.)
Honestly, most of the positive I've seen of her coaching ability is on the player development front. Sure makes a lot more sense for a rebuilding team versus one with championship aspirations.

You can't say she never wanted justice, but he was never charged or convicted so it's hard to punish someone for something they never received a trial for.
