Glenn Ruth, better known as Headbanger Thrasher, stated on Facebook that The Headbangers are returning to WWE on next week’s episode of Smackdown Live. He wrote: “This Tuesday night at 8pm tune into the USA network to see THE HEADBANGERS back in a WWE ring!! Smack Down live here we come!!!” If true, it looks like they could be the eighth team in the Smackdown Tag Team Championship Tournament.
