Why doesn't? Ronaldo can do everything Messi can do but Messi can't do that score a goal from long range. Do you understand my point now?

your point still isn't one that makes sense. the statement that ronaldo can do everything messi can do is very debatable. and if messi does a lot of things better, it doesn't matter than ronaldo has him beaten significantly in one area.

the two players are different and are relative equals on the field. i'd say that ronaldo is a little better than messi, but i just don't agree that your argument was a good one at all.

Its good to see that your selective reading doesn't just apply to posts about the US National Team. He thought that prior to your "argument," therefore, your argument had nothing to do with the formation of his opinion. Just because he ended up saying that he agrees with you does not make your argument at all effective. In fact, Ronaldo being able to shoot from 40-50 yards out is not at all an indicator that he is better than Messi. For the one or two goals a year that he does score from that distance, its a great spectacle, but it doesn't mean much in comparison to Messi.

If you want to make the Ronaldo can do everything Messi can do plus this one thing argument, point out that he is a threat with his head on corners and Messi isn't.

He scored around 7 or 10 goals from 30 meters and 40 metes and scored one goal from 50 meters in the 42 goals season.

I don't think I will stay long in this forum since I don't feel very welcome :D

But I have made the RealGM Football section really really big, we are going to be the biggest other sports section on RealGM so that def. say how good of a member I am and the quality I bring to Football debates.

And I find it funny how Americans think I hate them, ahah.

Are you seriously that full of yourself?

People don't make you feel welcome here because you continually bash American soccer day-after-day. Where is the fun in that? You make no valid arguments and you believe calling the MLS "rubbish" is a legitimate reason why the MLS is worse than any other league.

If you have such a fantastic forum over there why do you keep coming back here and stirring up shit? I have no problem with you when you're making intelligent posts, but it's obvious that you're just making retarded comments to get a reaction from rocketeer, agoo, and the other American football fans. Just chill out a bit, man.

You also have to view it from my point of view. I was raised to like one country and like one club and the rest is shite and I threat other supporters like shite but I threat outsiders(Not Europeans) even more like shite. That is the mind set we though while growing up in the Balkans that's why we have the most racist supporters in the whole world specially when it comes to football. So if little americans can't take a little criticisms then they wouldn't even last a second in Europe or def. not in the Balkans. But sure I'll try to back off with the little criticism I'm saying but don't expect it to change since that is how I was raised. True Football Fanatic.

So you're proudly associating yourself with racist idiots?

Also, lets discuss what a criticism is. If you want to critique USA Soccer because they have horrendous youth development and can tell me why its horrendous, that's a criticism. A comment like this one, does not qualify as criticism as its just a small minded attack.

In possession of the ball Messi is much more perceptive: he can open teams up very intelligently and has great vision. Ronaldo prefers to dribble in bigger spaces while Messi is better in tighter areas — at times it appears as if the ball is stuck to his foot.
