That Bosnian Beast communicator leads me to believe we will be pleased by the end of the day. Could it be possible that he knows whats up Neil's sleeve?
Would he, have insight to trade?

In the nba probably. His game is pretty similar to Moe’s.

I wouldn't be surprised if Portland were to sign Kanter for a short term deal. He already had a BIG paycheck (courtesy of Neil) so now it may be more about fit/winning. If the contract is short, he is young and still will have the opportunity for another larger payday.

Expiring deal. I don't think we keep him beyond this season

He was on Colin Cowherd show a week ago. He's signing with team who offers the most, no doubt about it.

He now gets a full season to prove it! Let's hope he really is good enough that we have to worry about it.

Hoard is a hybrid forward. He can play the 3 or 4 interchangeably like Mo and Chief, if he reaches his potential. I think right now he'd be more comfortable in the paint.

If our 10 man rotation going into next year was

    Dame/Simons
    CJ/Baze
    Hood/Little
    Love/Skal
    Kanter/ZCO

    I would feel pretty good.

I've been thinking about this for awhile, but given our current roster construction, I think Mo is going to move up and play 4 full time next year, basically taking over Aminu's role. Baze will start at SF.

Our lineup will be more versatile defensively, and better shooting offensively, but we are going to get absolutely destroyed on the boards until Nurk gets back. And even then, we may still be below average.

Make it by the all star game and replace Kanter with Nurk and I think it’s actually probable.

I'd rather see Skal start at 4 with Moe as the backup

You know what? That is possible. Or Rodney starting at the 3 and Mo at the 4.

    An ugly but realistic possibility.

Harkless got straight up abused when he played power forward. He's too weak and he's not as long as Chief. They're roughly the same height in shoes, but Harkless only has a 7' wingspan, while Chief had a 7'3 wingspan.

Is there a reason you keep calling him "Hoard"?
