Re: HOOPSWORLD.com's Top 25 players I never said Ray couldn't make plays for himself, but he can't nealry as effectively as VC. VC gets most/all points on isolations, Ray gets most of his on spot up jumpers.
Re: HOOPSWORLD.com's Top 25 players "VC gets most/all points on isolations" <Censored>. He has Jason Kidd you know. He can get easy buckets in the fast break. He gets alot of points of off Kidd's penetration.
Re: HOOPSWORLD.com's Top 25 players He did it with Toronto before the injuries. Lemme guess, you'll still bi*ch and say he had good teammates. Watch an NJ game, Kidd takes very little pressure off VC in terms of scoring. RJ makes more of an impact and takes some double teams away from VC, but most, if not all, of VC's points are scored on isolations.
Re: HOOPSWORLD.com's Top 25 players On the topic of Vince Carter, he does more than msot say. To those that say Jason Kidd helps Vince Carter to the point where he revived his career, stop being ignorant.Vince Carter is the PG of the Nets when Kidd goes off the floor, which is a solid 8-10 minutes per game. In halfcourt sets, Vince and Kidd run the offense almost equally. Vince doesn't get all of his points off Isos, but he doesn't rely on Kidd and passes from teammates like Richard Jefferson does. Carter has went from one of the most overrated players in the NBA to one of the most underrapreciated in hsi career, and I'm tired of it
Re: HOOPSWORLD.com's Top 25 players Brand isnt too high..are you on crack? he does everything extremely well.
