Yeah, I agree. They don't win without him. I don't think I've ever seen a team and a fanbase so completely disrespectful to an opponent. I think this has a lot to do with them thinking that they had won the lottery by getting us in the first round. They really thought this was going to be easy. They thought maybe they win in 5 and move on. So for them to be down 3-1 right now, the only explanation is that the refs are stealing the wins from them. It's inconceivable that our team is beating them because we're better.

It was mentioned earlier how can this series be kicked up another notch...If it can its only going to be in Portland's favor. We still haven't put together a 'solid' all around game yet. Lots of missed wide open shots, lots of missed charity stripe points, quite a few missed layups and some sloppy turnovers. Portland is wining in our "even when we play ok we can still win mode". We have another level...a scary another level honestly. Houston doesn't really have it. I mean sure Harden could shoot a little better, but he's about it. Lin-sanity was a fad, they've played their ace up their sleeve with the Daniels 3-machine who basically is a discount Parsons (worse at defense) so Portland just needs to play him like we do Parsons. I don't see how Houston feeding off of anything will help them Wednesday. So long as Portland plays Blazer Basketball and we improve our swing the ball around game, this story dies and we all can bask in the glow of knowing "we knew Portland could do this" and the only other story to emerge is backfire of the "We want Portland in the First Round" I-told-you-so story.

Mo does not do this often, so I will trust that he knew what he was doing.

I am not worried about Houston suddenly figuring it out just because we were talking. They should already be motivated since they have to win three in a row.

Maybe Troy called Mo's mom a dumb ****. Or Troy backhanded Mo in the nuts at some point. There's a million things the fans never see so I'll trust in Mo.

If anything it might get into Troy's head a little and cool him off.

As for bulletin board material, pffftt. Houston is facing elimination. There's no better motivator than that.

...it was rather disgusting to witness "these refs sucks" echoed throughout the arena, I believe in karma! Just sayin' :dunno:

...pretty sure I still have no voice from yelling my guts out for the Blazers, but to half ass chant MVP during LA's first trip to the free throw line was a bit of a reach. I simply said "too soon...way too soon" to the handful of fans within ear shot. However, our section was responsible for starting many of the "Let's Go Blazers" chants in the first and second quarters. So with that, you're absolutely right (for once), it was a hoot!

There is no higher standard than truth. The refs sucked, it's not in dispute. Fans need to back their team, and I was pleasantly surprised when I heard they had the stones to call out the refs. The team was obviously heartened to know the fans have their backs.

It was the turning point in the game, and turned a league-planned loss into a win.

Rockets aren't saying much either, other than they basically think Mo's a douche and it's all his fault. Of course they didn't come right out and say it like that...

"H-Town" fans are going to be giving Mo the business tomorrow. I hope he's the kind that it increases his focus and determination, and not the kind that plays wild. Wait, it's Mo. He is the kind that plays wild. N/M

For Mo to go out of his way to single out the rookie after the game, tells me the rookie popped off a little too early. Lesson learned.

Oh, if only Mo could defend a chair, maybe he could slow down the rookie's roll. At this point, I'm more worried about the rookie shutting up Mo.

I doubt their beef had anything to do with the rookie making some shots -- unless he was indeed talking shit. It seems to me it might be more than that.

We know Mo won't back down. Remember when he went after Bogut? We came back and won that game.
