    When Merkel wasn't, Putin was.

    The irony.

Promises, promises. Hey, remember all those lists of things Trump was going to do on Day One?

    For example:

Guess how many of those is Trump actually doing today? None, not a one. And he's taking the next two days off.

So far I'm pretty happy with his (lack of) performance as President.

That would make 3 days from now his first day on the job. Where he does at least 9-5 at the White House.

My wife is a superb knitter. In their community, they knit pink "pussy" hats. She was thrilled to see the women's protest Saturday. She said Trump would have to recognize what they did. He can ignore anything that does not please him and I have not heard anything from him so far. He lacks that diplomatic intelligence we are used to in our presidents (Bush may be the exception).

Wait a minute....you mean....there's no fire raining from the sky? No dead people rising? The sky isn't falling? There's no nuclear war? The sun still rose in the East?

Just curious here, what would be something that would make you say that all is not well?

New war? Stock market collapse? Terrorist attack? Rioting?

    Just wondering about your criteria.

Also - was all well on Jan 19?

I highly suspect a virus was released in Oregon on Jan 19th causing this massive cold I've battled since that my wife is now battling.....I should have never admitted to voting for Johnson!

    More winning.

    https://www.yahoo.com/tech/foxconn-...isplay-plant-u-exceed-120029682--finance.html

TAIPEI (Reuters) - Foxconn, the world's largest contract electronics maker, is considering setting up a display-making plant in the United States in an investment that would exceed $7 billion, company chairman and chief executive Terry Gou said on Sunday.

The plans come after U.S. President Donald Trump pledged to put "America First" in his inauguration speech on Friday, prompting Gou to warn about the rise of protectionism and a trend for politics to underpin economic development.
    Thanks Trump!
