    I know most of the bay area fans here are Giants fans but how about 'em A's? They have been playing amazing baseball after that horrible start. At one point they were like 15 games under .500 and now they are 18 over and sitting atop of the AL West. Its an unbelievable story. I went to the last two games against the Angels and it was a playoff atmosphere there. The last game was amazing with that freak ending.

    So anyone excited about A's baseball?

    How about the brain fart by K-Rod? Billy Bean best GM in the business, it's amazing how many stars the A's have lost, but are now in 1st place.

    Yeah, everytime I see something on the A's on SC I think of Rudeezy (RLo)

    You've got to love Billy Beane! Money ball for sure! He's a very good GM, but there needs to be the ownership to give him a bigger budget to do his damage. Hopefully Mully is our Billy Beane in a way.

    Hey Shape, I went to that game where K-Rod blew it. It was awesome. Billy Beane is a genius. He just has an eye for talent and knows when to let players go.

    Can they forfeit all home games and just go straight road games? Since Jun 10, they are 26-8 or something at road. Maybe they really need a new stadium or something...
