Fernando Tatis Jr of the Padres just received a 80 game suspension for a positive test of a banned substance. . Says it was from a medication he took for ringworm. That is a big blow to MLB and the Padres.
Football is my favorite sport. Basketball is probably my favorite sport to follow. Baseball though has a special place with me because I grew up living and breathing it and understand all of the intricacies that make it great. But I sure as hell don’t have the time at this point in my life to sit down and get into those intricacies for 162 games. Do I have to pick one? All I know is every time I’ve given Soccer a try I feel like it’s stupid as fuck and wasted my time.
I know what you mean. I loved playing football, soccer, and basketball when I had a ton of free time. Wrestled in HS, and enjoyed it. Not as much as basketball. But still fun. Basketball is my favorite sport. Blazers are my favorite team. But I probably get more excited for a higher percentage of Ducks football games than Blazer games, though.
Meaningful blazer playoff games I get really hyped but I was also super stoked before the Ohio State game last year
Big time. Playoffs are awesome, and meaningful regular season games as well. I enjoy watching the rest, but there are just so many games that every game just doesn't mean as much.
And when I talk smack about soccer it’s pro soccer. I love watching the youth games. That’s usually how I spend my spring’s these days.
Idk why they sent Flexen to the bullpen Marco has been absolute shit for 2 months i know Marco doesn’t have the stuff for the bullpen but we can’t start him while being a contender
Watching the game in Colombia since it’s on YouTube glad Kirby got out of that jam only giving up 2. We need to keep a big lead to bean one of their players. Call me petty but fuuuuck the angels and Phil Nevin.
I can never get too excited about this team when you go 5-4 against the 3 teams well below you in the standings. It's just so frustrating.
