Me too. Although I also place some F1 bets sometimes.
I've got me a $10 parlay bet on tonight's Seahawks game that pays $240 if it hits.

That brings back some great memories. My grandma would take me to the Multnomah Greyhound Park when I was a kid. I went a few times as a young adult as well.

Are the La Center casinos still there? Ilani seems to be in the way any more?

Different crowds. La Center has always been 18+. I believe they are still open.

Dope memories. Nah, it was because it’s always with the players and they want like $100/square. No and, ifs or buts! Although Ed Davis fronted me on a square once but said if I win, he’d get HALF!!!! HA!

Yea we use to go up there pretty often, played a lot of 1/3, I would sit at the table and just grind away for a few hours. At one point I was working graveyard, would get off at 4 or 5 and head straight up there, it was always sad to see people just waiting for 6am so they could be served alcohol again. Made a few runs to Spirit Mountain as well back in the day, kind of glad I'm not around for Ilani as I'm sure the pull is strong, looks like a nice casino for Ridgefield.

Pretty sure they are still there, very different clientele though from what I've heard.

LOVED going to the dog races, my grandpa and dad would never take me when I was a kid and always wanted to go. Got to go a few times before they closed down, thought we won big the first time we went but our dumb friend didn't put the numbers in the way we told him. Thought we hit a superfecta for a couple grand only to find out he flipped the 3rd and 4th dogs, instead we got nada.

Yeah it was 1/3 2/4 sometimes 3/6 for me.

But limit is so boring lol. I havent been up in almost 15 years lol.

The big casino is nice, but its nothing spectacular. To be fair I havent been to that one in 5 years so long before the sportsbook and hotel were made. (Though the construction of the hotel was happening)

Yea limit is a grind for sure ... I think I enjoyed just the act of playing poker more than actually winning $ but ironically I think having that mindset helped me win a lot of money up there because people would get bored and play recklessly. Don't think I ever walked away from the LaCenter rooms having lost money in a session, broke even some and won $ overall most of the time.

Wow, I haven’t had someone google or search for me in a long time. How long did that take you son? I hope you didn’t spend too much time on me instead of spending it with your family, cause that would be sad. Can you imagine actually taking time out of your schedule, just to try to find things that other people typed on here in their free time. Wow! You take notes on a little piece of paper, or just copy and paste. If you’d like, I can send you a headshot autographed from me and Dame for your desk in your basement. Or I can send you a link on my podcast?
And just so you know, I’ve always been a Mariners and baseball fan. I don’t know where you got that stuff from. #SoDoMoJo
